How do I install Print Tuner?
If you haven't download Print Tuner, then please Click Here to download Print Tuner setup file. Once downloaded, double click on print-tuner-setup.exe to start the Print Tuner installation wizard then follow the wizard steps to install Print Tuner on your machine.
How do I register my copy of PrintTuner?
After installing PrintTuner, send us the FingerPrint from About Tab of PrintTuner. We will immediately dispatch the User/Key which you can enter and enable the software.
Your feature list mentions “Save Ink, Money and Paper”. How do I know it is the case?
Preview feature shows how it will be printed on paper. You can delete pages, apply layout settings – multiple pages per sheet. Try it and we guarantee that you will save 50% money on paper and ink.
Our organization would like to have a server edition of PrintTuner for deploying on a server and to be used by 70 employees by sharing. Is it available?
We don’t provide trial versions of server edition on the website. Please contact us with your organization details, so we can provide you the server edition package.
When printing from Acrobat, the PrintTuner Preview doesn’t show the text clearly, but the printouts from PrintTuner come right. Do we have a fix for this?
We are aware of the issue when printing from acrobat. Our development team is working on a technology to overcome the limitation imposed by Acrobat on our Print Preview. This shouldn’t impact any of the PrintTuner features and they would function as has been guaranteed.
I saw a bug, How can I report and How long will it take to get a resolution?
We are committed to your complete satisfaction and we assure to resolve all the issues, if any, immediately.
Please provide the below Information:-
1) Application from which you printed.
2) PrintTuner version from About box.
3) Test Document.
4) Steps to Reproduce.
We will provide a workaround immediately OR release a public version immediately and notify you. We also normally make bi-weekly Public releases which contains enhancements and bug fixes regularly. 
I recently upgraded from PrintTuner1.a to PrintTuner1.b by first uninstalling version 1.a and then installing 1.b. PrintTuner preview didn’t work then on. How do I rectify?
For our user’s convenience, we don’t ask to shutdown down all the Applications before installing. This issue normally happens because your open applications still has the version 1.a loaded. We would suggest you to close all the application and then Uninstall/Install.
Does PrintTuner have a Savings Statistics option?
PrintTuner although inherently saves you ink, paper and money, does not calculate Savings for display. We have got numerous requests for this feature and plan to provide it as a free upgrade in 1.x series.
We would like to make a feature request, so we can benefit from the product better. How do we?
We are eager to hear about your experiences. Please provide a description of the feature and use case you would like to be part of PrintTuner. We will respond with which version it will be included. 
We are developers. We would like to use PrintTuner as part of a product we are building. Is there a developer license available?
We do provide Developer License. We provide runtime hooks into PrintTuner which you can use. Send us a description of your use case and we will get back with a quote.

Can I order a CD? How soon will I receive my software?
Yes, you have the option of selecting a CD to be shipped to your office/ home. You should receive your CD within 48 hours from order date.
I bought PrintTuner. Am I eligible to free upgrades? Will I have to pay extra?
PrintTuner team enhances the quality of product everyday, be it bug fixes or new features. Our bi-weekly releases are a testimony. If you have already bought PrintTuner, you automatically become eligible to free upgrades.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?

How will I know if my order has been processed?
Once we processes your order (immediately on submission), we will send you an e-mail confirmation.
Can I pay by mail?
Yes. You can pay by mail, all you have to do is to select Mail from Payment Options when placing your order.
Can I pay by phone?
Yes, you can place your order by phone, all you have to do is to select Pay by Phone from Payment Option when placing your order from our online store and you will be given all required information to complete your phone order.
Can I order by Fax?
Yes, you can place your order by fax, all you have to do is to select Pay by Fax from Payment Option when placing your order from our online store and you will be given all required information to complete your fax order.
How do I change or cancel my order?

What is your guarantee or return policy?
Graphics Highway offers a 30-day money back guarantee on its products. If you are not completely satisfied with our product, please follow the instructions in our Refund Policy in order to receive full refund of the product purchase price (excludes shipping and handling and possible re-stocking fee).

I've registered your software, but I've lost my registration details - what now?
